If your technical support inquiry is extremely urgent and would like it to be resolved immediately, please call 1-866-6PIRAYA. PirayaTel charges $100/hour of telephone support which is billed in 30 minute ($50) increments.

Note: The majority of technical support calls can usually be resolved within 15 minutes but may require additional time depending on the situation. It is sometimes necessary to schedule an on-site visit which will incur additional fees.
