Since PirayaTel is able to suit any and all business situations, we need to gather information pertaining to your wants and needs as a business. We do this in the most professional manner. A quick outline of our process is as follows:

Speak with you regarding the status of your current phone system and phone bill and make necessary recommendations based on your individual wants and needs.
We then supply you with a quote document which will clearly indicate how much everything will cost and will include calculations showing how much you'll save with PirayaTel.
Once financial arrangements and payments have been received, we will begin configuration of your system and hardware.
You have the option of having a certified PirayaTel employee come to your office to install your devices, or you may opt to have the hardware shipped to your office preconfigured with very simple instructions outlining exactly how to hook up all of the devices.
Your PirayaTel phone solution will work alongside your existing phone solution until all of your numbers have been transferred over to PirayaTel. Once the full number transfer process has completed, PirayaTel wil notify you, and you may begin to remove your old hardware (if necessary).
