If within 30 days you are unsatisfied with the service provided by PirayaTel, we will do everything possible to rectify the issue at hand. If we are unable to correct any issues, and you wish to cancel your phone service, we will reverse charges for your first month of service if the terms of our Satisfaction Guarantee are met.

Terms of Satisfaction Guarantee

• Cancellation request must be received within 30 days of the service activation date.
• Total phone usage must not exceed 300 minutes.
• The service guarantee only applies to the initial service activation date and does not apply to any subsequent purchases.
• There must be a reasonable problem with service
• There must be a reasonable amount of time given to PirayaTel to rectify any service issues

All PirayaTel clients are responsible for any charges for overflow, long distance, and directory assistance calls.
